Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Slovakia only. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future. Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.

If we offer free shipping promotions, the applicable conditions will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
